Jakut District Court Reports Razman Arif Nasution And Firdaus Oiwobo To Bareskrim With Three Articles

JAKARTA - The North Jakarta District Court (PN) officially reported Razman Arif Nasution and Firdaus Oiwobo to Bareskrim Polri on suspicion of insults to making noise in the trial.

The report is a follow-up to the North Jakarta District Court regarding the noise that occurred during the trial of alleged defamation with the defendant Razman Arif Nasution.

"So on behalf of the institution, the attitude of our institution has reported the incident," said North Jakarta District Court Public Relations Officer Maryono, Tuesday, February 11.

In the report, there are three articles reported. First, Article 335 of the Criminal Code concerning unpleasant acts.

Then, Article 207 of the Criminal Code concerning insults to rulers or legal entities in Indonesia, and Article 217 of the Criminal Code concerning making noise in court trials.

"What was reported was Rahman Arif Nasution and his friends," said Maryono.

In the report, several pieces of evidence were also included, one of which was video footage showing a commotion in the trial which took place on February 6.

The report is registered with the number LP/B/70/II/SPKT/Bareskrim Polri, dated February 11, 2025.

The commotion at the trial began when Hotman Paris sat as a reporting witness. Moments later, Razman interrupted the panel of judges by requesting that the trial be held openly.

At that time, the debate broke out until it finally became chaotic. Razman approached Hotman Paris but was immediately driven away by the staff of the famous lawyer and court officers.

In fact, Firdaus Oiwobo in the riot was seen climbing onto the table. It is also considered as an act that insults the judicial process.
