Parents Of Victims Of Child Abuse In Milling Flats Report To East Jakarta Metro Police
JAKARTA - The PPA Unit of the East Jakarta Metro Police is still investigating the perpetrators of alleged sexual harassment of minors that occurred in the Milling Flats, Cakung, East Jakarta.
"The case is still under investigation," said East Jakarta Metro Police PPA Head, AKP Sri Yatmini when confirmed by VOI, Monday, February 10.
The victim's parents have also made a police report regarding the abuse that befell their child.
"The victim's parents have made a report, but they don't want Visum et Repertum. But the PPA Unit is still making an LP for the incident," he said.
AKP Sri explained, from the results of the preliminary examination of the perpetrators, he only held the victim's hand.
"So the child really likes to ask for food from this grandfather's house. The child usually plays at this grandfather's house. According to the statement of the victim and grandfather (the perpetrator), he only holds his hand," he said.
Even so, the perpetrator is still in the detention cell of the East Jakarta Metro Police PPA Unit to account for his actions.
Previously, it was reported that a number of residents of Tower E, Milling Flats, Cakung District, East Jakarta were shocked by allegations of sexual abuse of minors carried out by middle-aged men on Sunday night, February 9.

The perpetrator's actions were caught on CCTV surveillance cameras at the scene. The perpetrator was caught committing acts of harassment against the victim.
It was also known that other residents were monitoring CCTV cameras, so residents reported it to the victim's father for the perpetrator's actions.
After hearing the unpleasant report, the victim's father and other residents immediately searched for the whereabouts of the perpetrator and arrested him.
The perpetrator had dodged if he did not commit the depraved act. However, when he was given CCTV footage, the perpetrator was silent.
