Find The Cause Of The ATR/BPN Building Fire, Police Investigate 4 Evidences
The National Police Laboratory Center is said to have conducted a crime scene (TKP) for the fire at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN). A number of pieces of evidence were brought to ascertain the cause of the fire.
"Investigators secured several items from the crime scene, including ash, then a burning computer, a burning printer, and a burning electrical connection," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Monday, February 10.
Some of the evidence will be examined in depth to look for clues regarding the emergence of the first fire and so on.
Regarding the alleged cause of the fire which was said to be due to an electrical short circuit, Ade stated that he could not confirm it. He emphasized that this matter would later be conveyed after the investigation by the Puslabfor team was fully completed.
"We cannot convey based on this role waiting for the results of the scientific examination or the results of the scientific examination, scientifically from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. So please time," he said.
"For the alleged origin of the fire, the alleged cause, please wait for the results of the examination from Puslabfor," continued Ade.

A fire in the ATR/BPN Ministry building, Sisingamangaraja Street, Selong Village, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta, was successfully extinguished on Sunday, February 9 at around 01.11 WIB.
