David Beckham made a scene again after teasing his fans with footage of the fashion campaign, BOSS, which was uploaded on his Instagram account. He appeared brave wearing only tight underwear and showed a six-pack stomach.

How did Beckham, who has retired more than a decade ago, maintain his extraordinarily fit body? One of the answers is to do a sport called 'fitness snacking'.

Beckham's concept of 'fitness snacking' involves physical exercise in a short time carried out throughout the day as part of his routine.

Examples include cycling to work meetings, walking with family dogs, cutting grass, climbing, or working in gardens. However, apart from this simple routine, the owner of the Inter Miami CF club also underwent more intense and focused training sessions.

Beckham undergoes various types of training every week, usually taking turns between high intensity interval (HIIT) and running exercises. Sometimes, he adds to the challenges by wearing a weighted vest while running.

The dinner is almost the same as lunch, namely fat-free protein such as poultry or fish combined with green vegetables.

Beckham also ate healthy snacks such as nuts rich in healthy fat, yogurt, and herbal energy drinks.

Despite being very disciplined, he still enjoys his favorite once in a while, like pancake.

Overall, his diet remains very healthy and he avoids carbohydrates such as low fiber white bread, as well as processed foods and junk foods.
