Today, First Trial Of Former Supreme Court Official Zarof Ricar In Ronald Tannur's Free Verdict

The inaugural trial will be held at the Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor) with the reading of the indictment at 09.00 WIB in the Muhammad Hatta Ali courtroom.

The trial was chaired by Chief Justice Rosihan Juhriah Rangkuti, with two member judges, Purwanto and Sigit Herman Binaji. Apart from Zarof Ricar, during the trial, Ronald Tannur's mother, Merizka Widjaja Tannur, and legal adviser Ronald Tannur, Lisa Rachmat will also attend.

The files on the Zarof Ricar case were transferred by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the South Jakarta District Attorney to the Jakarta Corruption Court on Thursday (31/1/2025). In this case, Zarof is suspected of being involved in an evil conspiracy with Lisa Rachmat.

Lisa reportedly asked Zarof Ricar to seek that Supreme Court justices in the Supreme Court continue to declare Ronald Tannur not guilty in the cassation decision.

Lisa menjanjikan uang sebesar Rp 5 miliar untuk tiga hakim agung yang berinisial S, A, dan S, sementara Zarof dijanjikan upah sebesar Rp 1 miliar atas jasanya. Namun, hingga kini, uang tersebut belum diberikan kepada ketiga hakim tersebut.

Zarof and Soesilo met at the inauguration of the honoris causa professor at Makassar State University on September 27, 2024. During the meeting, Zarof Ricar had mentioned Ronald Tannur's cassation, but Soesilo did not respond.
