Vagetoz Presents New Music Videos For Titled Songs Even Though It Hurts

JAKARTA - Vagetoz introduced the latest music video for Even though it hurts', one of the material from the full album My Story which was released in the middle of last year.

Even though it hurts written by the vocalist, Teguh Permana, is one of Vagetoz's mainstay songs on several of their musical stages lately. Therefore, it becomes clear why this song was chosen to make a music video.

This song's music video comes with the storytelling concept made according to the personal experience that Teguh had experienced which became an inspiration in lyric writing.

The theme of love that is carried tells the story of a relationship that is forced to end even though they still love each other.

"This song tells the story of two people who love each other, but in the end realizes that this relationship cannot be continued," Teguh said in a press release, Sunday, February 9.

Teguh feels that many people have experienced a similar situation, where the decision to separate is indeed difficult, but it must be done for the sake of mutual happiness. This connection makes it easier for listeners to accept this song.

With Vagetoz's habit of always trying to give something new in every song, Teguh said the song Even though it hurts is not just a song that goes home, but is processed with full planning and caution.

From the start we had a picture of what the music would be like. When I revealed the idea to other Vagetoz members, they also added and developed this song further, "said Teguh.

One thing that is also the main focus is simplicity in delivering messages.

We want this song to be easily accepted by listeners. Even though it's simple, we still want this song to convey deep feelings. The melodi we present is also expected to describe the pain that comes when someone has to make a tough decision," concluded the vocalist.
