Removing Bulog President Director Erick Thohir Appoints TNI Major General Novi Helmy Prasetya As A Substitute

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir has changed the Board of Directors of Perum Bulogg and appointed TNI Major General Novi Helmy Prasetya as President Director of Perum Bulog.

The decision is contained in the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number: SK-30/MBU/02/2025 dated February 7, 2025, which ends Wahyu Suparyono's service as President Director and Iryanto Hutagaol as Finance Director of Perum Bulog.

"During their tenure, both of them have made a significant contribution to the progress of Perum Bulog," wrote Perum Bulog's management in a statement, Saturday, February 8.

Major General of the TNI Novi Helmy Prasetya, who previously served as Assistant Territorial Commander of the TNI, is now trusted to lead Perum Bulog. Novi Helmy Prasetya will start his tenure as President Director along with Finance Director Hendra Susanto. Hendra Susanto, who is trusted to serve as Finance Director of Perum Bulog, was previously Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia.

"Perum Bulog would like to thank Wahyu Suparyono and Iryanto Hutagaol for their dedication and dedication during their tenure, and welcomed the new leadership under the President Director Major General of the TNI Novi Helmy Prasetya and Finance Director Hendra Susanto," continued the management.

Apart from the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisory Board of Perum Bulog also underwent an overhaul according to the Decree Number: SK-29/MBU/02/2025 dated February 7, 2025, which ended Wicipto Setiadi as the Supervisory Board, replaced with Verdianto Iskandar Bitticaca, was a retired National Police officer who last carried out his mandate as the Chief of Police Assistant for Operations.
