Identification Of 2 Victims Of GT Ciawi's Deadly Accident Waiting For DNA Test Results
BOGOR - Director of the Ciawi Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Fusia Meidiawaty said there were still two victims of a fatal accident at the Ciawi Toll Gate, Katulampa Village, Bogor City, West Java who had not been identified and were waiting for the results of the DNA test.
"Two victims are still waiting for DNA results. There are already (the family reporting), that's why there are DNA cross-checks for the family and DNA of the bodies," explained Dr. Fusia at Ciawi Hospital, Bogor Regency, Thursday, February 6.
The two bodies of the accident victims were in an unrecognizable condition and their identity cards were not found when officers conducted an examination at the scene.
Meanwhile, six other victims who died have been identified based on ante mortem after their families came to Ciawi Hospital. The six bodies were discharged from the hospital on Wednesday (5/2) night.
First, the body number 022 DVI Ciawi 001, matches the ante mortem data AM 022 Ciawi 004 and is identified as Budiman (45), male, having its address at Cipetir Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency. The body was identified from fingerprints, medical data, and property.
Second, the body number 002 DVI Ciawi 004 matches the ante mortem data AM 022 DVI Ciawi 003 and is identified on behalf of Yana Mulyana (42), male, having her address at Sukasirna Village, Cikole District, Sukabumi Regency. The body was also identified based on fingerprints, medical data, and property.
Third, the body number 022 DVI Ciawi 002 matches the ante mortem data AM 022 Ciawi 006 identified as Asep Fadilah (40), male, having its address at Cidadap Village, Cidadap District, Sukabumi Regency, identified based on fingerprints, medical data, and property.
Fourth, the body number 022 DVI Ciawi 005 matches the ante mortem data AM 022 DVI Ciawi 007 and is identified as Supardi (39), male, having its address at Cidadap Village, Cidadap District, Sukabumi Regency, identified based on fingerprints, medical data, and property.

Fifth, the body number 022 DVI Ciawi 003 matches the ante mortem data AM 022 DVI Ciawi 005, identified as Vika Agustina (16), a woman, having her address at Rasamala Village, Cianjur, identified based on fingerprints, medical records, and property.
Sixth, the body number 022 DVI Ciawi 006 matches the ante mortem data AM 022 DVI Ciawi 002, identified as Rahmat Gunawan (53), male, having his address at Rancamuning Village, Padanghare Village, Cidadap identified based on fingerprints, medical data, and property.
In addition, there are five survivors who are currently undergoing treatment at Ciawi Hospital, Bogor Regency.
"In general, the condition of these five patients is better than yesterday, but indeed because the initial condition of entry is also quite heavy, so until now we still cannot be invited to communicate," said Dr. Fusia.
Previously, the Head of Bogor City Police, Kombes Eko Prasetyo, explained that the accident on the Bogor Jakarta Toll Road, precisely at the Ciawi 2 Toll Gate, occurred on Tuesday at around 23.30 WIB.
The fatal accident that destroyed the toll gate building involved six vehicles, three of which were burned and three others damaged.
At that time the truck with a gallon load drove from Ciawi to Jakarta, then experienced a failed brake right at the toll gate.
"It is suspected that the vehicle experienced a failed brake function (brake failure) and crashed into a series of vehicles that were carrying out transactions (e-tol payments) of three vehicles were destroyed, three other vehicles were damaged," said Kombes Eko.
