Karla Sofia Gascon Claims To Be Supported By Emilia Perez's Player, Zoe Saldana Cuek

Zoe Saldawas reluctant to show support to her co-star, Karla Sofia Gascon, who became the center of controversy due to past tweets. Gascon had claimed that the cast Emilia Perez gave her support in this situation.

Karla Sofia Gascon was highlighted because of a tweet on X several years ago that voiced insults to several religions and the history of Oscars. Gascon, which was originally projected for campaigns in its category, has now remained silent compared to other players.

Unlike Zoe Saldana, who continues to talk about Emilia Perez, recently she admitted that she felt sad about the situation without specifying the Gascon incident.

"I'm sad, sad, again and again because those words have been in my heart since everything happened. I'm also disappointed. I can't talk about other people's actions. What I can live with is my experience, and I never thought we would be here," Zoe Saldana quoted Variety as saying.

"I think I've spoken enough. This is not a situation we can just solve," he said.

Apart from Zoe Saldana, Emilia Perez's players such as Selena Gomez, Adriana Paz, and Rammenrez also did not open their voices about the controversy. This is different from Karla Sofia Gascon who stated that Saldana and Gomez support him 200% in this situation.

When asked about the statement, Zoe Saldana did not confirm it, but she only mentioned the initial statement that she was condemning racism.
