Bareskrim Polri Will Hold Case Of Tangerang Sea Pagar Case
The Directorate of General Crimes (Dittipidum) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police will carry out a case related to the sea fence case in Tangerang, Banten.
"We will probably carry out the case tomorrow," said Director of General Crimes (Dirtipidum) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General PolDjuhandhani Rahardjo Puro, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, February 3.
The title of the case was decided after the Bareskrim Dittipidum examined seven witnesses from within the scope of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR)/National Land Agency (BPN) in the context of an investigation.
Brigadier General Djuhandhani said the seven people were the Inspectorate of BPN RI, the former Head of the Tangerang Regency Land Office (Kantah), two Committee A people, the Head of the Tangerang Regency Head, the Head of the Head of the Kakantah Dispute, Tangerang Regency, and the Head of Tangerang Regency Determination.
"Then, in this investigation process, we have received 263 documents for the issuance of certificates from the Tangerang Regency Kantah which are currently submitted to the National Police for further investigation," he said.
Bareskrim actually summoned parties from within the scope of the Ministry of ATR/BPN on January 20, 2025 to be examined on January 23, 2025. However, due to the existing situation, the examination was postponed until it was finally carried out on Monday.
"As a result, we have examined seven. We would like to thank the Minister of ATR/BPN for fully supporting the investigation process by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police," he said.
Apart from the Ministry of ATR/BPN, the one-star general also revealed that his party had examined a number of other witnesses, including the community of rights applicants, the KJSB ( Licensed surveyor service office) Raden Lukman, representatives of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the regional government of Tangerang district, and the regional government of Banten Province.

Dittipidum Bareskrim Polri has been investigating the marine fence case since January 10, 2025.
Dittipidum suspects that the application for a building rights certificate (SHGB) and a title certificate (SHM) on the sea fence area in Tangerang, Banten, uses fake lyrics.
Brigadier General Djuhandhani said the Dittipidum had asked for information from the Tangerang Regency Land Office as one of the efforts in the investigation stage of this case.
From there, information was obtained that the sea fence area in Tangerang already has SHGB and SHM with details of 234 SHGB fields in the name of PT Intan Agung Makmur, 20 SHGB fields in the name of PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, 9 fields in the name of individuals and 17 SHM fields from the girik.
Based on these findings, he said, Dittipidum suspected that the SHGB and SHM submissions used girik-girik and other ownership evidence documents that were allegedly fake.
