Big Chery Expansion In UK In 2025, Presents 5 New Car Models

Chery, a producer from China, not only expands in the Southeast Asian market, but also to parts of the world, including the UK.

Quoting from the Carow page, Monday, February 3, the Chinese brand is preparing to expand massively in the UK this year, with plans to launch five new models from two sub brands namely Omoda and Jaecoo.

Not only presenting five new car models, this brand that already exists in Indonesia will also build a total of 130 dealers by the end of 2025 in the UK, an extraordinary figure to look at the European market.

Previously, Chery had launched Omoda 5 and E5 which are electric cars. This year, Omoda 9, Jaecool 7 bary, Jaecool 5, Omoda 7 and Omoda 3 will be the next models to be presented.

For starters, Chery already opened the Jaecoo 7 order, in May Omoda 9 will be launched into the UK market. The model is a large Coupe SUV, and is supported by a plug in hybrid engine that has up to 420 hp of power.

Furthermore, in August Jaecoo 5 will only launch and be offered with a choice of gasoline and electricity. There is also Omoda 7 which will only be present as a strong challenger for Toyota RAV4.

In addition, Omoda 3 is scheduled to launch this year, and will become an entry level model. However, the details of this one model cannot be confirmed.
