Pramono Doesn't Care About The Inauguration Of The Governor Postponed: Regional Leaders Must Obey The Center
The elected Governor of Jakarta Pramono Anung did not want to bother about the inauguration of a non-dispute regional head at the Constitutional Court (MK) which was canceled on February 6, 2025.
"I want to be sworn in at any time," said Pramono after receiving the honorary title "Abang" from the Betawi Council which was ceremonially given by the Chairman of the Fauzi Bowo Customary Council alias Foke at the Putra Al Hamid Putra Islamic Boarding School, Cilangkap, Cipayung, East Jakarta, Saturday, February 1.
Pramono said that he would continue to follow what was already the central government's decision.
"The name of the regional leader must be Sami'na wa atho'na (we hear and obey) to the central leader," said Pramono.
Previously, the Minister of Home Affairs Muhammad Tito Karnavian revealed that the inauguration of the non-dispute regional head at the Constitutional Court (MK) was canceled on February 6, 2025.
"The inauguration (regional head) of the non-dispute Constitutional Court, 296, which on February 6 will be combined with the results of the dissal decision," Tito said in a press conference regarding the inauguration of regional heads at the Ministry of Home Affairs office, Jakarta, Friday (31/1).

The Minister of Home Affairs explained that the decision to cancel the inauguration was taken in response to the Constitutional Court's interim decision.
The Constitutional Court plans to read out the dissal decision for 310 disputes over the results of the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections on February 4 and 5, 2025.
Minister of Home Affairs Tito said the inauguration of the non-dispute regional head would be combined with the results of the Constitutional Court's dismissal decision which had been reported to President Prabowo Subianto.
