Having 45 Land Assets To Buildings And 23 Vehicles, Raffi Ahmad Capai's Wealth Is IDR 1.033 T
Quoted from the LHKPN, Raffi actually has assets of IDR 1,170,051,703,242. This amount is reduced because he has a debt of IDR 136,055,312,674.
Raffi is noted to have only submitted his wealth report for the first time because he has just become a state administrator. He handed it over to the KPK on December 27.
In the report, Raffi is recorded as owning 45 land and land and building assets. All of them are said to belong to themselves with a value of IDR 737,156,974,400.
These assets are located in the areas of Tangerang, Depok, Makassar, South Jakarta, Depok, Tabanan, and West Bandung. In the last location, there were 28 lands with various areas.
Then Raffi also recorded ownership of four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles worth IDR 55,144,500,000.
The details for four-wheeled vehicles are Rolls Royce Phantom in 2022 with a value of IDR 14 billion; Toyota Alphard in 2019 worth IDR 1,350,000,000; Morgan Plus Six in 2021 with a value of IDR 3,600,000,000; 1979 Mini Cooper Morris worth IDR 500 million; and 2022 Ferrari F8 Spider with a value of IDR 14 billion.
Next he also owns the 2013 Lamborghini Aventlp 700 worth IDR 9 billion; the 2022 Mini Cooper S worth IDR 875 million; Dodge SRT Hellcat in 2022 with a value of IDR 4.5 billion; and the 1973 Porsche Bettle worth IDR 2.2 billion.
Then Raffi also recorded ownership of BMW 318 in 1990 worth IDR 40 million; Toyota Inova Zenix in 2023 worth IDR 620 million; and Volkswagen 1500 in 1967 worth IDR 500 million.
