Involved In Corruption, Commission VI Of The House Of Representatives Encourages The Establishment Of A Panja For The Evaluation Of PT Telkom
JAKARTA - Member of Commission VI DPR RI Herman Khaeron encouraged the formation of a working committee (panja) to evaluate the work of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
According to Herman, there needs to be a thorough evaluation related to the occurrence of several cases at PT Telkom.
This was conveyed by Herman after the emergence of a series of corruption cases that ensnared the state-owned communication company.
Most recently, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk was caught in a corruption case of digitizing Pertamina gas stations at the KPK.
"In my opinion, it must be evaluated thoroughly and if possible a committee will be formed, or ask the Indonesian BPK to conduct a comprehensive PDTT (Pemeriksaan With Certain Goals)," said Herman Khaeron to reporters, Friday, January 31.
The Democratic Legislator from the West Java electoral district also questioned the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at PT Telkom. "And to what extent are the internal supervisory units and commissioners implementing GCG," continued Herman.
For information, in the case of corruption in digitizing gas stations, the KPK has examined a number of related officials from elements of PT Telkom starting from the External Relations of PT AKR Corporindo, Tri Margono.
In addition, the President Director of PT Multimedia Nusantara (TELKOMMETRA) 2016-2019, Otong IIP, there is also the Manager of Wireless Development of the Planning and Development Division of PT Telkom, Sri Damar Setiawan.
Then, PT PINS Indonesia 2017-2018 GM Procurement, Revi Guspa, Senior Account Manager of PT Telkom 2018-2023, Reza Prakarsa. There is also GM Energy Resource Service PT Telkom 2018-2023.
