Suzuki's First Electric Motor Starts Production In March, Will Be Exported To Various Countries
JAKARTA - Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited officially uncovered three new motorcycles, including a purely electric version of e-Access in India.
Director and President of Suzuki Toshihiro Suzuki, said Suzuki would introduce various models of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) to realize carbon neutral society.
"In addition to the BEV, we offer a variety of other options, including synthetic fuels, hydrogen engines, and biofuels and aim to meet the expectations of society and customers," he said, quoted from his official website, Monday, January 21.
In specifications, All New e-Access is Suzuki's first global strategic BEV motorcycle, and is a practical scooter with adequate driving range and trendy-style design.
Embedded a reliable and secure lithium iron-phosphate battery, this one's motor carries a planting battery in the lower seat area. In addition, a light and stiff new framework makes this one's motor easy to control and provides excellent maneuverability.

Suzuki e-Access is powered by an LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) battery with a capacity of 3.07 kWh, which provides a distance of up to 95 Km based on IDC (Lithium Driving Cycle) testing. Electric motors have a power of 4.1 kW or the equivalent of 5.4 Tk and a torque of 15 Nm.
This Suzuki electric motor also comes with three driving modes that can be selected according to driver preferences, a regenerative brake system to change kinetic energy when slowing down and a comfortable retreat mode in a narrow parking lot.
Not only is the design attracting attention, this motorbike also brings comfort and practicality. Swelling, 17L storage space under the seat, a keyless system and a colored LCD TFT meter with smartphone connectivity.
