JAKARTA - Donald John Trump, also known as Donald Trump, has been officially inaugurated as the 46th President of the United States (US), replacing incumbent Joe Biden at the Rotunda of the Capitol Building, Washington DC, United States, Monday, January 20 local time.
Donald Trump took the oath as President of the United States in accordance with the United States Constitution, guided by the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court John Glover Roberts Jr., accompanied by his wife Melania Trump.
Previously, JD Vance took the oath as Vice President of the United States in accordance with the United States Constitution, guided by US Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavinaugh and accompanied by his wife Usha Chilukuri.
Former President Biden and wife Jill Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris and husband Douglas Emhoff attended the inauguration after saying goodbye at the White House.
Also attending this inauguration were former Vice President Mike Pence, former President Bill Clinton and wife, former President George H Bush and wife and former President Barack Obama.
