Crane's Truck Transports On Train Tracks, Bekasi KRL Travel Is 20 Minutes Late

PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia or KAI Commuter apologizes for the delay in the journey of the Bekasi/Cikarang Commuter Line which will enter and exit Bekasi station, this morning, January 20.

KAI Commuter Public Relations Manager Leza Arlan explained that the delay in travel occurred because there was a crane heavy equipment collection stuck at the crossing at JPL 78 Bekasi Station when it was about to pass at the crossing at around 04.15 WIB.

"At 06.17 WIB, the truck evacuation process involving has been successfully evacuated. Currently, the Commuter Line journey is back to normal, which was previously carried out alternately to visit the Bekasi Station 4 route," he said in an official statement, Monday, January 20.

Leza said that during the evacuation process, the Upper Electricity Voltage (LAA) between Kranji-East Bekasi Station was extinguished, resulting in a slowdown in the Bekasi/Cikarang Commuter Line journey of around 7 to 20 minutes this morning.

KAI Commuter juga melakukan rekayasi pola operasi kepada empat perjalanan Commuter Line Bekasi untuk menekan kelambatan tersebut, tuurnya.

On the other hand, KAI Commuter also urges commuterline users to always comply with the rules and directions of officers in the field. Don't force it to go up if the commuter line is already crowded.

"Update the latest information on commuterline travel can be through social media @commuterline while the schedule and position of commuterline in real time through the C-Access application," concluded Leza.
