Agenda 2025, Brave Combat Federation Holds 6 Spectacle MMA Events

JAKARTA - The well-known MMA organization from the Middle East, Brave Combat Federation (Brave CF) announced plans to hold six grand events in Indonesia throughout 2025. Supported by Sheikh Khalid Bin Hamad Al Khalifa and President of Brave CF, Moh. Shahid, this international collaboration is confirmed to bring MMA Indonesia to its next level.

"This event is not only a competition, but also a strategic step to produce Indonesian fighters who are ready to compete on the world stage," said Rika Aryuna as Vice President of CF Indonesia's Brave at a press conference in Koarmada RI, Jakarta, Saturday, January 18, 2025.

The six series of MMA spectacular events include the Brave Scouting Series in January, February, April, and May 2025. This is an open audition for MMA talents from all federations.

Furthermore, there will be Road to Brave in August 2025 which is a prestigious event that brings together the winner of the Scouting Series with the Indonesian CF Brave Fighter.

In November 2025, Brave Fight Night will be held as the culmination of presenting a battle between Indonesian fighters and international fighters. This agenda is even broadcast live on more than 300 world TV stations.

In line with that, the Manager of Fighter Brave CF Indonesia, Laksda (Ret.) DR. Suyono Thamrin, highlighted the importance of coaching professional athletes.

"We will involve the best coaches, including the TNI, to create tough fighters with a planned career. In fact, we want to attract youths involved in brawls to be given new training and opportunities. So that it will directly help the country's security," said Suyono Thamrin.

Secretary General of the Indonesian Mixed Martial Arts Federation (INNAMAF), William Ernest Silanoe, also emphasized his commitment to supporting the development of amateur MMA athletes in Indonesia.

"We together with Brave CF want to raise MMA in the country and make it a more professional sport. INNAMAF will help ensure that every athlete gets the best training, support, and facilities to achieve international achievements," he said.

For the opening, on Sunday, January 19, 2025, 10 spectacular national-level matches were held, including one special match for Women in Koarmada RI, Jakarta. This event is BRAVE's first step in building a strong MMA ecosystem in Indonesia. The Scouting Series winners will face Brave CF champions such as Vincent Majid, Fajar Macho, and Randy Febian.
