Just Met Her Biological Father At The Age Of 38, Abimana Aryastya: It's Like Meeting Someone Else

JAKARTA - Abimana Aryasatya admitted that she had just met her biological father when she was 38 years old.

"I met my father when I was 38 years old, I met him," said Abimana, quoted by VOI from YouTube Kaks Production, Sunday, January 19.

He said his father's touch had never been felt since his mother was born.

"(Never met) from a baby," he continued.

Unfortunately, Abimana and his father's meeting did not last long because his father died during the last COVID-19 pandemic.

"And he only met him for a few years, finally he died, when he died of covid," he said.

When asked about the impression when he met, Abimana admitted that it felt like meeting other people because there was never any father-son interaction.

"It's like meeting other people, because never, there's no interaction, it's not like in a film, it's like meeting a foreigner," explained Abimana.

The funny thing is, the father said that he was more like his grandfather than his own father. Meanwhile, Abimana felt that his father was more like his third son.

"I look like my grandfather, he gave me a photo of my grandfather because he said 'you look like your grandfather'. Now my father looks like my son who is number 3. Very similar," he said.
