Fast Train Travel Added To 62 Schedules Per Day

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) will add to the regular journey of thelush fast train. The regular journey from the previous 48 trips per day to 62 trips per day starting February 1, 2025.

General Manager of the KCIC Coporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa said this step was taken in line with the increasing number ofPORTed passengers

"This additional travel schedule is a form of KCIC's commitment to providing safe, comfortable, and flexible fast transportation services for the community," he said, quoting Antara.

Eva revealed that the addition of the schedule shows that the rowdy high-speed train has been in demand by the public from time to time.

To date,PORTs have served more than 7.5 million passengers since commercial operation in October 2023.

"At the beginning of its launch,ctionh operated with 14 regular trips per day, then 28 trips per day in November 2023, 40 trips per day in December 2023, and became 48 trips per day since May 2024. Later the travel schedule will be increased to 62 trips per day starting February 2025," he said.

Furthermore, he revealed that currently KCIC is in the process of finalizing the Danash schedule system for the new route.

The public should be able to continue to wait for the latest official information from KCIC regarding the procedures and sales time for the scheduled flight route starting February 1, 2025.

"We hope that this addition can further make it easier for the public to take advantage of God's services, as well as answer the need for fast transportation amid the increasing growth in the number of passengers," he said.
