KPK Chairman Meets Supreme Court Leaders, Discusses Perma To Stranas PK

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Setyo Budiyanto held a meeting with the leadership of the Supreme Court (MA). Various things were discussed, including those around the Supreme Court Regulation (Perma) and Stranas PK.

"Talks related to the relationship between the KPK and the Supreme Court. For example, for example, there are several Supreme Court regulations or what are often referred to as Perma," Setyo told reporters after the meeting, Wednesday, January 15.

Perma is a discussion because there are some of them that have just emerged or are not yet known. So, it needs to be communicated because it relates to the implementation of tasks in eradicating corruption.

"Maybe later technically it will be arranged by a small team, something like that," he said.

While managing Stranas PK, said Setyo, coordination is important. Moreover, the Supreme Court is part of it.

Stranas PK is the direction of national policy that contains the focus and targets of preventing corruption in carrying out corruption prevention actions in Indonesia

"MA is also part of Stranas PK in the context of a national strategy to prevent corruption, we are also discussing this. So that the eradication of corruption is actually carried out by the ecosystem going well," said Setyo.

In addition, there are also discussions regarding the Integrity Assessment Survey. This is because it greatly affects the issue of eradicating corruption.

"We really have to socialize this, we convey, that this affects issues about eradicating corruption wherever they are," said Setyo.
