Sabrina Carpenter Expressed Her Feelings Regarding The Achievement Of Six Nominations At The Grammy Awards

JAKARTA - Sabrina Carpenter has had a brilliant year throughout 2014. He became the talk of many people, with his albums and songs that were successful on the market.

Last year's Carpenter achievement was not just on the song date. For the 67th Grammy Awards which will be held on February 2, the 25-year-old singer won six nominations.

Through his sixth studio album, Short N Sweet which was released in August 2024, Carpenter was nominated for the Best Pop Vocal Album, Album Of The Year, and Best New Artist categories.

Then, his single entitled 'Please Please Please' won nominations for the Song Of The Year category. While the hit titled Espresso' was nominated for the Best Pop Solo Performance and Record Of The Year category.

With the six nominations he has won, Carpenter feels the principles he has held so far, to be honest with yourself and believe in what he is doing, it is proven appropriate.

"I've always been honest with myself and have believed in my work since I was young. I realize that it's always been about the small steps you take from time to time to get you to this point," Sabrina Carpenter said, citing PEOPLE, Wednesday, January 15.

I don't think I've fully thought about it, because I'm also trying to be present at the present. However, I'm happy to see my songs are acceptable to many people from all walks of life. That's why I like to write songs," he continued.

Meanwhile, Carpenter started her career as a Disney actress. She starred in shows and movies such as 'Girl Meets World', Sophia The First', and Adventures In Babysitting.

Carpenter released his debut album titled Eyes Wide Open in 2015, followed by Evolution in 2016, Singular: Act I Sunday 2018, Singular: Act II in 2019, Emails I Can't Send in 2022, and Short N Sweet in 2024.

Some of his songs went viral on TikTok, including 'Nonsense', Feather, to Espresso, which makes him better known, especially among Gen Z listeners.
