Beyoncé Postpones Important Announcement To Respect Forest Fire Victims In Los Angeles

JAKARTA - Beyoncé decided to postpone the important announcement that should have been made on Tuesday, January 14.

The 43-year-old singer mentioned the cancellation of announcements in honor of those affected by the devastating forest fires in Los Angeles, which has not been fully contained to date.

Meanwhile, fans speculate that the announcement Beyoncé wants to make is related to its preparations to launch the Cowboy Carter tour.

Through a statement posted on Instagram, Beyoncé also expressed his solidarity with families and communities grappling with the impact of the fire, which has destroyed houses and displaced thousands of people.

"The announcement on January 14 will be postponed to a later date due to damage caused by ongoing forest fires around the Los Angeles area," Beyoncé wrote, citing a statement on the post, Wednesday, January 15.

"I continue to pray for healing and recovery for families suffering from trauma and loss. We are very blessed to have a brave emergency response officer and continue to work tirelessly to protect the people of Los Angeles," he continued.

Beyoncé also encourages fans who want to support efforts to deal with forest fires to visit BeyGOOD's yard.

"Greetings warm, B," he concluded.

For information, Beyoncé's family also suffered financial losses from the forest fire. His mother, Tina Knowles, revealed that her favorite Bungalow inwas destroyed by the fire.

"It was my favorite place, my shelter," wrote Knowles on Instagram.
