Fiat Confirms The Launch Of The Latest Generation Model 500 And Late Panda Of This Decade
JAKARTA - The auto brand from Italy, Fiat plans to launch a new generation of hatchback 500 by 2029 and all-new Panda by 2030 for the European market.
Stellantis Europe's Chief Operating Officer (COO), Jean-Phillipe Imparato said the latest 500 generations will be produced at the Mirafiori and Panda factories to be assembled through Pomigliano launches.
Model 500 will be completed with a hybrid version of 500 EV versions in November 2025. Second, the next generation of 500 will be around 2029 in Mirafiori, Italy. Then, Panda will be built at Pomigliano in 2030," said Imparato, quoted from Autocar, Tuesday, January 14.
Not only that, Imparato also confirmed that his party will launch the Grande Panda which will be launched in March with EV and hybrid offerings.

Thus, Fiat will certainly continue to produce 500 models since it was first launched in 1936 through a model dubbed Topolyno.

Previously, Stellantis as the parent company announced the extension of the factory closure in Mirafiori, Italy, which assembles Fiat 500e or 500 versions of electricity until January 20.
Now, Fiat 500e offers three variants, namely 94 cellphones, then 117 cellphones, and a maximum of 153 cellphones. Meanwhile, the hatchback offers two battery packages, namely 24 kWh and 42 kWh with a distance of 185 km to 320 km.
In addition, the parent company, Stellantis, is taking steps to provide a 500e discount on the UK market in order to embrace the growing fleet market segment, while increasing sales of its electric hatchbacks amid increasingly fierce competition.
The hatchback is at a discount of up to 4,220 pounds (Rp83.8 million) and is now 29,975 pounds (Rp595.4 million).
