Megawati-Prabowo Meeting Reappears, PDIP: Both Will Look For Time And Place

Chairman of the PDIP DPP Ahmad Basarah said the meeting of PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri and President Prabowo Subianto was possible.

Basarah said the plan to meet Megawati and Prabowo was just looking for a suitable time and place.

This was said by Basarah in response to a viral video clip of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Puan Maharani, who conveyed President Prabowo's message that he wanted to meet Megawati in person.

"Regarding the possibility of a meeting between President Prabowo and Mrs. Megawati Soekarno Putri, it is something that is very possible to happen," said Basarah, Monday, January 13.

"I just think between the two of them will find a good time and place for the possibility that the two of them will meet," added the chairman of the PDIP MPR faction.

Previously, a viral video of Puan Maharani talking to Megawati during the 52nd Anniversary of PDIP at the Party School, Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta.

Puan said Prabowo asked for time to meet Megawati.

"President Prabowo asked for time to meet, asked to meet, with mama," said a snippet of the video circulating.
