Non ASN Employees Of The Prosecutor's Office Urge To Participate In PPPK, Reject Outsourcing
JAKARTA Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN/Non ASN) who work within the scope of the High Prosecutor's Office to the District Attorney's Office throughout Indonesia hope to be given the opportunity to participate in the selection of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK).
This aspiration was conveyed to Attorney General ST Burhanuddin and related policy makers.
The Coordinator of the PPNPN Association of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia, Abdul, revealed that currently there is a plan to transfer the status of PPNPN to outsourced power, which causes unrest among employees.
"Please, the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia or the government that has the authority to pay attention to our fate as PPNPN/Non ASN within the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia. We hope that it can be treated the same as VAT/Non ASN in other agencies," said Abdul in Jakarta, Monday, January 13.
Abdul also said that since 2024, VATPN employees within the Prosecutor's Office have not been given the opportunity to take part in the PPPK selection. In fact, many of them have served for years, some even more than 25 years.
"Our average age is over 35 years so we can no longer take part in the CPNS selection. We have worked with high dedication for 5 to 25 years, even more. We have very much mastered our work," he explained.
He also highlighted that until now there have been no signs of opening a technical PPPK formation within the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office. Abdul compared this situation with the Supreme Court which has opened a technical PPPK formation in 2024, involving PPNPN/Non ASN personnel such as pramubakti, integrated service officers, cleaning staff, drivers, and security officers.

"We cannot participate in the first batch of PPPK selection because in 2021-2022 the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia will not record non-ASN personnel. Likewise in the second wave, we again could not register because the technical PPPK formation was not opened," he said.
In conveying this aspiration, the PPNPN/Non ASN Association of the Attorney General's Office throughout Indonesia gave bouquets of flowers in three locations, namely the Attorney General's Office, the Indonesian House of Representatives, and the Indonesian Ombudsman. This action is a form of hope that their fate will receive proper attention from the authorities.
