The DPRP-PBD Pansel Announces 27 Candidates To Participate In The Follow-Up Selection
JAKARTA - The selection committee for members of the Southwest Papua Provincial House of Representatives (DPRP-PBD) through the mechanism for the appointment or special autonomy route announced that 27 candidates had met the requirements to follow the advanced selection stages.
Chairman of the DPRP-PBD Pansel George Yarangga in Sorong, Sunday, said the 27 candidates had passed through the stages of traditional deliberation at the district level and basic competency selection.
"Furthermore, they will follow the advanced selection stages, starting from track record assessments, written exams, paper writing to interviews," Yarangga explained as quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, January 12.
The advanced selection stage will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 starting at 10.00 WIT at the Panorama Hotel, Sorong City.
According to Yarangga, if any of the 27 names do not follow the advanced selection stages, they will be declared to have resigned.
Sorong City, Sorong Regency, and Raja Ampat Regency each sent six candidates.
Meanwhile, the other four districts, namely South Sorong, Tambrauw and Maybrat, each sent three candidates.
The following are the names of candidates for DPRP-PBD members for the special autonomy route who will follow the advanced selection stage:
The city of Sorong consists of Mathias Fredrik Komegi, Yermia Osok, Meliana Osok, Eliap Malibela, Selviana Kalami and Yohanis Sarles Ulimpa.
Furthermore, Sorong Regency consists of Max Mannuel Yekwam, Lewi Sadrafle, Barnike Susana Kalami, Korneles Usili, Carstensz IO Malibela and Kepas Kalasuat.
Raja Ampat Regency consists of Yulianus Thebu, Muhiddin Umalelen, Frenky Umpain, Maria Rosalina Gaman, Ludia Esther Mentansan and Roberth George Yulius Wanma.
