Burnt Luxury House, Paris Hilton Expresss Deep Sadness
JAKARTA - Celebrity and well-known Paris Hilton businessman, expressed deep sadness after her luxury home inwitzer was burned to the ground by an uncontrolled forest fire that hit parts of the Los Angeles area, United States.
Paris also shared how he felt when he witnessed firsthand the destruction of the memorable house.
"I stand here, in a place that used to be our home, and this feeling of heartbreak is truly inevitable," wrote Paris, starting his upload on his Instagram account @parishilton, quoted by VOI on Saturday, January 11, 2025.
He admitted that at first he felt very surprised when he heard the news. This 43-year-old woman described the house as not only a place to live, but also a center for beautiful memories with her family.
"When I first heard the news, I was really surprised, I couldn't process it. But now, standing here and seeing it with my own eyes, it feels like my heart is shattered into pieces," he said.
"This house is not just a place to live. This is where we dream, laugh, and create the most beautiful memories with our family. This is where Phoenix's little hands make works of art that I will always remember, where love and life fill every corner. Seeing it is now ashes. It is a destruction that cannot be expressed in words," he continued.
He also expressed deep empathy for Londoners who suffered similar losses. Not only suffered losses due to the fire, but they also lost a lot of memories.
"What makes my heart even more devastated is knowing that this is not just a lie. So many people have lost everything. It's not just walls and roofs, it's a memory that makes those houses a place to live. These are photos, memories, irreplaceable parts of our lives," he said.

However, in the midst of this loss, Paris still feels grateful that his loved ones survived this disaster. Not to forget, Paris thanked the firefighters for the struggle.
"However, in the midst of this pain, I know I am very lucky. The people who care about me, my children, and our pets are safe. That is the most important thing, and I hold that gratitude tightly with all my heart. I am also very grateful to the firefighters, the first officers, and volunteers who risked their lives to fight this fire," he said.
Paris also expressed its gratitude to all those who have sent prayers and support.
"For all those who have sent love, prayers and kindness, you have told me that even in the midst of ashes, there is still beauty in this world. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to say thank you," he added.
Ending his upload, Paris gave a message full of hope and strength. He also reminded everyone to respect every moment with their loved ones.
"And for all those who feel this pain, please know that you are not alone. We face this together. We will rebuild, we will recover, and we will rise stronger than ever," he said.
