The Perpetrator Who Kicked The Motorbike To The Death Toll Capped By The Suroso Cianjur Trotoar Fence Was Arrested
The Cianjur Resort Police, West Java, arrested four perpetrators who caused a teenager HZM (15) to die on a sidewalk fence on Jalan Suroso, Wednesday (8/1), after his motorbike was kicked by the perpetrators.
Cianjur Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head AKP Tono Listianto said the four perpetrators were FN (20), MF (16), R (16), and MRP (16). They were arrested at their respective homes in the Cianjur area, while the other two perpetrators were still being chased by officers.
"After seeing CCTV and asking for witness testimony, we got the identities of six perpetrators who caused the victim to die and two others were seriously injured. Four people were arrested, while two others are still at large," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, January 10.
Based on a number of other CCTVs obtained by officers, six perpetrators with three motorbikes threw stabs at the victim's body several times and two of their friends before kicking the victim's motorbike.
His party found a criminal element in the incident that caused the victim to die on the sidewalk fence and two other victims suffered stab wounds to a number of their bodies.
"We saw from a number of CCTV and witness statements that the victim had received a sharp weapon from the perpetrator, before the motorbike he was riding was kicked and hit, there was a criminal element, not an accident," he said.

The perpetrators were charged with multiple articles and the Child Protection Act with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison, while two other perpetrators were asked to immediately surrender before his party took measured decisive action.
"We ask two other perpetrators whose identities have been known to immediately surrender because officers will not hesitate to take decisive action measured when hunting down the perpetrators," he said.
