Bandung Police Arrest 5 Perpetrators Of Motor Influencer Persecution, Starting From Arguing Asked For Parking Money

Bandung City Police (Polresta) arrested five of the nine perpetrators of the persecution of a celebrity alias motorcycle influencer Dudung SP which occurred on New Year's Eve, Wednesday (1/1), in the Cimenyan area, Bandung Regency, West Java.

Bandung Police Chief Kombes Kusworo Wibowo said the five perpetrators were Iseng alias Kiseng, Hermawan, Roni Rahayu, Restu Kurniawan, and one minor.

"The Bandung Police succeeded in uncovering cases of violent persecution together that occurred on January 1 at 01.30 WIB," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, January 10.

The incident began when the victim saw his friends being asked for parking money by a group of people, causing a commotion.

The victim, who saw a spontaneous commotion, recorded the incident using a cell phone. However, the action provoked the emotions of the perpetrators.

"Initially one person encouraged, then someone hit, even when someone dragged the victim, then there was a beating together by about nine people in front of the victim's child and wife," he said.

After the incident, he continued, the victim reported it to the Cimenyan Police. Immediately, his party immediately searched.

The police chief said that the perpetrators fled to Sumedang and Subang Regencies, and some of them even took refuge in their spiritual teachers.

"However, because the video uploaded by the victim went viral, the suspect fled from Bandung Regency," he said.

The pooling is still pursuing the other four perpetrators who are currently fugitives, even their names have been on the wanted list (DPO).

For his actions, the five suspects were charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code regarding beatings with a penalty of 5 years and 6 months in prison.
