Increasingly, Kompolnas Says There Are 4 Police Who Were Tried By KKEP Regarding The Extortion Of DWP Today
Commissioner of Kompolnas, Choirul Anam said there were two other police officers who participated in the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) trial related to the 2024 Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) audience extortion case, today. Thus, a total of four policemen were tried internally.
"There are four suspected violators today," said Choirul Anam to VOI, Friday, January 10.
The two alleged violators in question are AKP RH and Bripka RS. Before being transferred for examination, they were former members of the Directorate of Drug Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police and the Kemayoran Police.
"AKP RH and Bripka RS," said Choirul Anam.
For the other two policemen, namely Ipda W and Iptu AS. When referring to the Telegram Letter (ST) issued by Polda Metro Jaya with number ST/429/XII/KEP.2024, the identity of Ipda W is Win Stone, which is the former Panit 1 Unit of Binmas Kemayoran Police.
Meanwhile, Iptu AS is Agung Setiawan who had served as Kanit 3 of the Narcotics Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police.
Previously, 14 members of the National Police had been tried ethically in connection with the extortion case for DWP spectators.
They are Kombes Donald Parlaungan Simanjuntak, AKP Yudhy Triananta Syaeful, and AKBP Malvino Edward Yusticia, all of whom were sentenced to dishonorable dismissal or dismissal (PTDH).
In addition, Kompol Dzul Fadlan, Iptu SM, AKP Fauzan, and S received a demotion sanction for 8 years.
