Secretly Bank Of America Use XRP For Transactions
JAKARTA - As one of the largest banks in the world, the Bank of America (BoA) shows its interest in blockchain-based assets. Especially crypto assets that have a function for cross-border payments. Recently, BoA was said to have adopted XRP for all its internal transactions.
This was expressed by the CEO of Sound Planning Group, David Stryzewski, in an interview at FOX Business. This statement sparked a heated discussion in the XRP community that views this step as a sign of the seriousness of big banks in integrating Ripple blockchain technology into their mainstream operations.
Stryzewski said that BoA not only uses XRP for internal transactions but has also filed 83 patents related to Ripple blockchain technology. He stressed that XRP is a key financial vehicle for the future.
This statement further strengthens speculation about BoA's involvement in the Ripple ecosystem, especially after the bank became known to be a member of the RippleNet Governance Committee along with other global financial institutions such as Santander and Standard Chartered.
RippleNet is a cross-border payment network that allows real-time communication and settlement of inter-institutional transactions. The RippleNet Governance Committee is tasked with setting standard procedures for payment systems that use Ripple blockchain technology. BoA's involvement in this committee indicates their serious commitment to blockchain-based payment solutions.

Initial Interest In Blockchain Technology
BoA's interest in blockchain technology has been seen since 2017, when the bank filed a patent for a settlement system referring to the distributed liner "ripple".
This system is designed to enable real-time transaction completion and accelerate interbank communications. Although the patent does not explicitly mention Ripple payment tokens, XRP, this document shows BoA's initial interest in decentralized ledger technology.
Ripple Development
Di sisi lain, CEO Ripple, Brad Garlinghouse, baru-baru ini mengungkapkan bahwa ia bertemu dengan mantan Presiden AS, Donald Trump, di Mar-a-Lago.
This meeting is called a good start to 2025, as Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin launches and a partnership with Chainlink to provide accurate price data on the Ethereum mainnet. This collaboration is expected to increase the adoption of RLUSD in decentralized financial applications (DeFi).
