Police Arrest Fugitive Premeditated Murder In South Kalimantan Tapin, Barbuk Pisau To Kill For Sale
The Tapin Police, South Kalimantan (Kalsel) arrested the perpetrator of the premeditated murder with the initials MH (38) who had been on the run for two years.
MH is a fugitive from the premeditated murder case that killed Arbain (61) in Paring Guling Village, Bungur District, Tapin Regency.
Tapin Police Chief AKBP Jimmy Kurniawan said the arrests were made at the security post of PT JAR 2, Telaga Baru Street, Banjar Regency, on Monday, January 6.
"The case began on October 17, 2022 when Arbain, a resident of Paring Guling Village, Bungur District, was found dead in his house with injuries from sharp weapons," he said in Rantau, South Kalimantan, Wednesday, January 8, confiscated by Antara.
From MH's confession, the person concerned had planned the murder by borrowing a sharp weapon from his friend with the initials IM.
"The perpetrator saw the victim sitting on the terrace of the house, then MH approached the victim on the grounds that he wanted to pay the debt, but suddenly stabbed a knife into the victim's body," said Jimmy.
Jimmy also added that the victim had given resistance but that actually made MH even more emotional and continued to attack victims.
After carrying out the action, MH fled using a Yamaha Jupiter motorbike to Banta, Banjar Regency.
"During the escape, the perpetrator moved from place to place to area of recitation and finally to Tanah Bumbu," he said.

The Tapin Police Chief said the perpetrators sold knife evidence (barbuk) to someone with the initials HS and the motorbike used by the perpetrators had also been sold in the Pendulungan area.
He said MH had been detained at the Tapin Police Headquarters and charged with multiple articles, namely Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning premeditated murder, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder, and subsidiary to Article 351 Paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code concerning persecution that resulted in death.
