Malaysian Police Investigate The Death Of A TKW From Bali Who Was Allegedly Killed By A Bangladeshi Citizen

The Bali Province Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Service Center (BP3MI) is coordinating with representatives in Malaysia regarding the death of a female or female TKW worker from Bali named Ni Ketut Nurhayati (39). This murder case is being investigated by Malaysian poololisi.

"So far we have been at the same door with representative friends (in Malaysia). Whatever developments we have coordinated with our representative friends in Kuala Lumpur," he said.

Head of BP3MI Bali, AA Gde Indra Hardiawan, Wednesday, January 8.

Gde Indra only emphasized that investigations were still being carried out regarding the news that the dead TKW was allegedly killed by a Bangladeshi citizen because of the motive.

"Our coordination with our representative friends refers to media information, there are indications. But it is still being investigated by the local police. Maybe later what the results will be, we will continue to coordinate with representative friends," he added.

TKW Ni Ketut Nurhayati (39) from Buleleng Bali died in a hotel room covered in blood. His body has now arrived in Bali and was taken to the funeral home.

"The photo of the incident of Ms. Nur (the victim) was still in the hotel room when she was first found and was still covered in blood covered in a blanket," said Luh Sri Mulyani, a relative of the victim.
