Film Trailer A Business Proposal Released, Abidzar Al-Ghifari Becomes The Company's Heir

JAKARTA - Film A Business Proposal will be simultaneously broadcast in all Indonesian cinemas starting February 6. Ahead of its broadcast, Falcon Pictures released trailers and film posters adapted from a popular novel on the webtoon of the same name that already has millions of fans worldwide.

This film stars a number of well-known actors and actresses such as Ariel Tatum, Caitlin Halderman, Ardhito Pramono, Abidzar Al-Ghifari, Why Barends, Indro Warkop, Slamet Rahardjo, Fatih Unru, Willem Bevers, and comics Yono Bakrie who are ready to shake the audience's stomach with their appearance.

The film A Business Proposal tells the story of Sari (Ariel Tatum), a food analyst at Bowo Foods who is caught in economic difficulties. Sari agreed to become a "joki" of a blind date to replace her best friend, Yasmin (Caitlin Halderman). However, Sari did not expect Yasmin's blind date partner to be Utama (Abidzar Al-Ghifari), the heir to Bowo Foods who is known to be firm and scary.

Main, who was forced to take part in a blind date at the insistence of his grandfather, Bowo (Slamet Rahardjo), instead asked Sari to continue to run this fake dating drama in order to avoid the match planned by the family. In this situation, Sari must struggle to overcome her family's economic problems, keep her identity secret as an employee of Bowo Foods, as well as being the main fake date couple.

Rako Prijanto, the director, expressed his pride in this film. "Our expectations can entertain the audience the same as the Korean version. We are aware that the expectations of the drama series lovers will certainly hope they won't disappoint, and I'm sure that the remake version will give a deep and very entertaining impression. I dare say that this is the best romantic comedy film I've ever made. Screenwriter Aditya Mulya, crew and cast and producer are really serious on this project," he said in a media statement, Wednesday, January 8.

Meanwhile, Abidzar Al-Ghifari, who plays the character Named Utama, expressed his challenges in playing the heir to a large company. "Especially this looks hard and cold, but actually he also has a soft side that slowly appears thanks to his interaction with Sari. I am happy to be able to explore that side," he said.

Indro Warkop, one of the senior actors in this film, added, "I am happy to be involved in this film. The story is light, funny, but also has deep messages about family and the courage to face the challenges of life," he added.
