Syur Video Spreader Audrey Davis Doesn't Apologize, David Bayu Steady Continues Legal Process

JAKARTA - Musician David Bayu's daughter, Audrey Davis finally met the perpetrator who spread his exciting video. Even so, he admitted that there was no apology from the perpetrator.

"There is no (apologizing from the perpetrator," said Audrey Davis at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, January 7.

Audrey also said that during the trial process he only focused on providing information without communicating with the perpetrators.

"(No communication) Just provide information," he continued.

Audrey Davis' attorney, Sandy Arifin said that during the trial his client was given several questions by the panel of judges, according to the chronology of the incident.

"But the point is that after leaving, Audrey explained the incident from the start, to the end and there may also be questions from the prosecutor and the panel of judges and then it has been answered," explained Sandy.

Then from the results of the family agreement, David Bayu still wants the legal process to continue for the perpetrators.

"The point is from the information provided, we agree with the family, we represent the family so that for this case for perpetrators who commit criminal acts of the ITE Law, distribute videos from Mas David that they should be punished in accordance with the applicable law and law," he said.
