Today, Two Police Will Be Tried By KKEP For The DWP Audience Extortion Case
The Commissioner of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas), Choirul Anam, revealed that the trial process for the National Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) related to the extortion case for the 2024 Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) spectators will continue today. The trial will involve two alleged violators who will be tried.
"Today, Friday, there will be two trials with two suspected violators," Choirul Anam told reporters on Friday, January 3.
However, the identities of the two policemen involved were not disclosed in detail, only their initials were mentioned.
"With the initials SM and the initials FRS," explained Anam.
In addition, Anam also provided information regarding the results of the previous KKEP trial which imposed 8 years of demotion sanctions on alleged violators Kompol Dzul Fadlan and S. The demonstration was a decrease in office to a lower position, including a demotion.

So far, three police officers have been sentenced to dishonorable dismissal or dismissal (PTDH) related to the case, namely Kombes Donald Parlaungan Simanjuntak, AKP Yudhy Triananta Syaeful, and AKBP Malvino Edward Yusticia. However, all three have appealed against the decision.
