Observers Hope That The Development Of The PAM Jaya Communal Reservoir Can Be Expanded
JAKARTA - Public Policy Observer Trubus Rahardiansah supports the construction of a communal reservoir which is the leading innovation of Perumda Air Drinking (PAM) JAYA to keep clean water of quality.
Moreover, the construction of a communal reservoir which became the flagship innovation of PAM JAYA managed to win first place in the Jakarta Innovation Awards for the Product and Services Transformation category.
Trubus hopes that the achievements achieved will trigger PAM JAYA to be able to build more programs that are useful and have a broad impact on Jakarta residents.
"I am very supportive, so far people have only received the prize as an achievement. Now it must be reversed, precisely because of the award, they (PAM JAYA) must build more quality and useful infrastructure, so there are more achievements," Trubus said in Jakarta, Saturday, December 28.
This Trisakti University academic also encourages PAM Jaya to increase the construction of communal reservoirs and other infrastructure that is considered to be able to increase the convenience and benefits of Jakarta residents.
"PAM Jaya must develop more about its infrastructure, then more communal reservoirs must be added," Trubus said.
Trubus also asked PAM Jaya to provide education to the people of Jakarta not to use groundwater.
First, the use of ground water can suck up electricity and pay for electricity so expensive. Second, causing sea level rise because every year the land in Jakarta drops, especially with the use of groundwater," Trubus explained.
