Separation Of Nomenclature Ministry Should Not Influence Public Services
JAKARTA - Trisakti University public policy expert, Trubus Rahadiansyah, said that the separation of the ministry's nomenclature should not have an impact on services to the community.
This was conveyed in response to the separation of a number of ministerial nomenclatures in the era of President Prabowo Subianto's administration, for example the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) which is now separated into the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Forestry.
"The breaking of the nomenclature should actually increase in public services," Trubus told reporters, Tuesday, December 24.
However, Trubus actually considered the opposite. This breaking has the potential to have an impact on public services because there is no underlying study.
"Ideally, this breakup is through a study, but there is no study, immediately just wants to absorb everyone," he said.
Furthermore, Trubus said that a review of the breaking of the ministerial nomenclature should have been carried out by the government. Then it is necessary to make rules to provide clarity to people who want to be related to the ministry that has been reshuffled.

"This transparency is also a problem. If you can't serve, where will you transfer it. This means that there are units that serve it temporarily," said Trubus.
"So there is clarity, there are parties who take over until later the operations of ministries or institutions whose nomenclatures are clearly broken down," he continued.
Trubus reminded people not to become victims because they were harmed. Because, what they need is certainty.
"So this problem is also caused by the lack of responsibility for the ministry or institution with services. Because each overlap of authority, attracting authority then no such policy synchronization has been made," he concluded.
