Bank DKI Makes It Easier For Residents To Pay PAM's Drinking Water Bills To Be Successful Through Digital Services

JAKARTA - Bank DKI makes it easier for residents who will complete PAM Jaya's drinking water bill by providing digital services on the payment system.

"PAM Jaya's payment system digital service aims to increase operational efficiency, financial transparency, and provide added value for customers," said Bank DKI President Director Agus H. Widodo in a written statement, quoted by Antara, Thursday, December 26.

According to Agus, the synergy between Bank DKI and PAM Jaya covers three things, namely the integration of an interserver financial system (host-to-host) which allows the digital management of PAM Jaya's financial transactions for efficiency and security, the application of virtual accounts as a water bill payment method that can be accessed through the JakOne Mobile application, Bank DKI ATMs, and other payment channels, as well as systems for receiving online water bill payments through collector agents (aggregation) to provide flexibility and convenience to customers.

President Director of PAM Jaya, Arief Nasrudin, emphasized that this synergy is an important milestone in the transformation of drinking water services in Jakarta.

"We believe that with the support of Bank DKI, PAM Jaya can provide more transparent and efficient services to customers. This collaboration is also in line with our commitment to providing innovative solutions that support public services and better drinking water management," said Arief.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, in his official statement added that this synergy is a real step in presenting modern and inclusive payment solutions.

Bank DKI is committed to continuing to support digital transformation, not only to increase customer convenience, but also as a form of synergy in supporting the sustainable growth of the BUMD ecosystem.

This collaboration also reflects Bank DKI's commitment to building a BUMD ecosystem that is financially integrated and supports public service infrastructure in Jakarta.

Previously, Bank DKI and PAM Jaya had synergized in opening accounts, paying new employee salaries, managing project accounts, and digital transactions for water bill payments through the JakOne Mobile application and Bank DKI ATMs.

This collaboration shows the continuous efforts of the two BUMDs in providing optimal services and supporting the development of the BUMD ecosystem in Jakarta.
