President's Cup 2024 Achieves A Profit Of IDR 31.9 Billion, Allocated For Operations Of The Indonesian National Team
JAKARTA - The 2024 President's Cup will be completed in August 2024 and will produce a net profit of IDR 31.9 billion.
These advantages were then allocated to assist the operations of the Indonesian national team.
The moment of handover from the 2024 President's Cup to PSSI was then carried out symbolically on Thursday, December 19, 2024, evening WIB.
At the President's Cup Appreciation Night event which was held in Senayan, Jakarta, the 2024 President's Cup was represented by the Steering Committee, Maruarar Sirait, while PSSI was represented by the General Chairperson (Ketum), Erick Thohir.
Maruarar as the representative of the 2024 President's Cup hopes that this fund can be utilized optimally by PSSI for the operation of the Indonesian national team.

Moreover, considering that currently, Indonesian football continues to transform, it clearly requires a lot of funds.
"To advance Indonesian football, it's not easy, it's not cheap either. Everyone needs a process. Hopefully, this can help encourage our common goals," said Maruarar Sirait in his remarks.
Previously, it was known that the 2024 President's Cup was won by Arema FC. During the tournament which took place from July to August 2024, the 2024 President's Cup received a sponsorship fund of IDR 81.1 billion.
Of this amount, the operating costs used reached Rp53.3 billion. The remaining amount is Rp31.9 billion which is then allocated to the Indonesian national team.
