Juventus Consider Yildiz's Sales To Buy Tonali

JAKARTA - Juventus is considering a move in the January 2025 stock exchange to propose to Sandro Tonali.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, in order to realize the target, the Old Lady plans to sell Nicolo Fagioli and Kenan Yildiz for fresh funds according to Newcastle's asking price for Tonali for 55 million euros.

The Italian newspaper claims that Tonali's name appeared during a Juventus Board of Directors meeting on Monday, December 16, 2024, local time.

Juventus then considered selling Yildiz and Fagioli to buy Tonali when Newcastle had set the asking price.

The Bianconeri are indeed looking for additional ammunition in midfield, but need to sell some of their players.

Initially, it was no secret that Juventus was ready to listen to Fagioli's offer in the January 2025 transfer window. However, since they wanted Tonali, the Old Lady is now also considering Yildiz's sales.

The Turkish player has attracted interest from a number of European clubs and sales for 35-40 million euros will allow the Bianconeri to gain substantial capital gains.

You see, the 19-year-old is an academy product of theirs, just like Fagioli.

Meanwhile, Juventus also need to recruit a new centre-back in January 2025. Juventus' directors seriously discussed Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) player, Milan Skriniar, during their last meeting.
