ChatGPT Search Now Expanded For Free Users
JAKARTA OpenAI launched ChatGPT Search, a search engine that was integrated with ChatGPT last October. Initially, this feature was only available to ChatGPT Plus subscribers, but now it is no longer available.
Through its official website, OpenAI announced that ChatGPT Search is starting to be available to free users. This feature has been expanded to more users since last December 16 and can be accessed via the ChatGPT website or application on mobile and desktop.
To use ChatGPT Search, users only need to open their chatbots in the browser or app, then tap the search button. Thanks to ChatGPT Search, users can find new information on the web in real-time, just like Google.
"ChatGPT can now browse the web in a much better way than before. You can get quick and timely answers with links to relevant web sources," OpenAI said some time ago.

When the user asks the ChatGPT Search any questions, this feature will provide a very detailed answer from several sources. Later, the source used will be linked to the answer.
While giving an answer, ChatGPT Search does not only display text in paragraph form. This feature can also include images and videos, depending on the questions asked by the user.
OpenAI explained that ChatGPT Search utilizes a natural language interface to explain many things, starting from the latest news, the latest sporting score, the latest stock price, and many more that can be displayed in real-time.
"ChatGPT will choose to search for a web based on what you asked, or you can choose to search manually by clicking the web search icon," OpenAI explained.
