Three Surabaya District Court Judges Who Sentenced Ronald Free Will Soon Be Tried
JAKARTA - Three judges at the Surabaya District Court as well as suspects in the alleged bribery and gratification case of Ronald Tannur's acquittal will soon undergo a trial process. The public prosecutor has registered the case at the Central Jakarta District Court.
"The delegation has been registered with the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar in his statement, Monday, December 16.
The three suspects are Heru Hanindyo (HH), Erintuah Damanik (ED), and Mangapul (M).
With the case registered, the Central Jakarta District Court will determine the time of the first trial.
"The Public Prosecutor will then wait for the schedule for the trial to be determined by the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court against the three defendants," said Harli.

While waiting for the trial schedule, the three suspects were detained in different detention centers.
Suspect Heru Hanindoyo is being held at the Salemba Rutan. Meanwhile, the suspects Erintuah Damanik and Mangapul were detained at the Salemba Rutan at the Attorney General's Office.
The suspect charged with Article 12 letter c in conjunction with Article 18 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption as amended and supplemented by Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
