Here's What Toyota Urban Cruiser EV Looks Like, Suzuki EV Twins
Toyota has officially introduced Urban Cruiser, the latest electric SUV that is ready to attract the attention of automotive lovers. Based on Suzuki eVitara, Urban Cruiser is one of the models that describes the future of Toyota electric vehicles.
The car is scheduled to debut in Brussels Motor Show 2025 in January.
Quoting from the ArenaEV page, Friday, December 13, Toyota Urban Cruiser comes with a design that combines a modern style and a dashing impression. The front gets a distinctive touch of Toyota, with a lamp that resembles a Toyota Camry, as well as a firm line on the body that adds to the masculine impression. This car is also equipped with a large 18-19-inch rim which makes it look stronger.
The design is similar to the Suzuki eVitara, but Toyota changes in the front, at first glance the light is similar to the Toyota Camry. Many firm lines are presented, making this car look dashing, let alone equipped with 18-19 inches of rim.
The Urban Cruiser electric car has a length of 4,285 mm, a width of 1,800 mm, and a height of 1,640 mm, with a wheelbase of 2,700 mm, the wheelbase is 140 mm longer than the Yaris Cross.
Entering the cabin, the interior is very distinctive in the style of Toyota which is equipped with a low instrument panel, as well as a rather high sitting position. There is also an ambient lighting of 12 colors, a 360-degree camera, and a 10.1-inch central touch screen that blends and a 10.25-inch instrument panel.
Not only that, this car is also equipped with JBL speakers, a sunset that makes the cabin look more spacious, until the driver's seat is electric. This car is also equipped with safety features including a pre-collection system, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and lane keeping assist.
Urban Cruiser will be available in front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations, with three power outputs and two options for lithium-iron-fosphate (LFP) batteries. The FWD model offers 142 hp (106 kW) or 172 hp (128 kW), while the AWD version obtains 182 hp (135 kW) from double-motor settings. Battery options include units 49 kWh (only FWD) and units 61 kWh (FWD and AWD).
