Police Shooting SMKN 4 Semarang Banding Students, Given 21 Days Of Memory
SEMARANG - Aipda R, the police perpetrator of the shooting that killed SMKN 4 Semarang student, GRO, received 21 days to compile and submit a memorandum of appeal against the dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) decision in the case.
Head of Public Relations Kombes Artanto said that until the final limit was determined, Aipda R filed an appeal against the decision of the Central Java Police Code of Ethics Committee (KKEP).
"Today, the appeal has been submitted," said Artanto as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, December 12.
Furthermore, he said, Aipda R was given the opportunity for 21 days to compile and submit an appeal memory to the secretariat of the KKEP trial.
Artanto himself could not confirm when the Aipda R. appeal hearing was held.
Previously, Aipda R, a member of the Semarang Polrestabes, a dead shooter, a student of SMKN 4 Semarang, GRO, was sentenced to PTDH or fired by the Central Java Police KKEP assembly.

A class XI student at SMKN 4 Semarang City, with the initials GRO, was reported to have died allegedly from gunshot wounds to his body.
The resident of Kembangarum, Semarang City, was buried by his family in Sragen on Sunday (24/11), shortly after the incident.
