PSM, Persija, Persib And PSS Qualify For Semifinals Of Menpora Cup 2021 On 15-19 April
JAKARTA - PSM Makassar, Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and PSS Sleman qualified for the semifinals of the Menpora Cup which is scheduled to take place April 15-19 in a two-leg format at Maguwoharjo Stadium in Sleman and Manahan Stadium in Solo.
In the first leg, Persija will meet with PSM Makassar on Thursday 15 April 2021, while Persib is challenged by PSS Sleman on Friday 16 April 2021.
Both matches will be held at the home of PSS Sleman at Stadion Maguwoharjo, Sleman, Yogyakarta.
In the second leg, PSM Makassar faced Persija on Sunday 18 April 2021, while PSS challenged Persib on Monday 19 April at Manahan Stadium, Solo.
PSM Makassar
PSM qualified for the semi-finals after defeating PSIS Semarang 4-2 in the quarter-finals at Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang, East Java, last Friday.
The Roosters from the East defeated PSIS after all four executioners were able to score on a penalty shootout that was colored by heavy rain.
The four players are Hasim Kipuw, Rasyid Assahid Bakri, Abdul Rahman, and Sutanto.
PSIS could only include two penalty kicks from Dewangga Santosa and Fredyan Wahyu Sugiyantoro after Arhan Alif Rifai's primary kick, and Hari Nur Yulianto were edged by goalkeeper Hilman Syah.
Persija
Persija Jakarta advanced to the semi-finals of the 2021 Menpora Cup after defeating Barito Putera 1-0 at Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang Regency, East Java, last Saturday.
Tiger Kemayoran's winning goal was scored by Tigers striker Marco Simic in the 61st minute.

Persib Bandung
Persib secured the 2021 Menpora Cup semi-final ticket after defeating Persebaya Surabaya 3-2 at Maguwoharjo Stadium, Sleman, sunday last week.
Maung Bandung's three goals were scored by Ezra Walian in the first minute, Wander Luiz in the 5th minute, and Nick Kuipers in the 36th minute.
Meanwhile, two Persebaya Surabaya goals were scored by Arif Satria in the 62nd minute and Syarifudin in the final minute.
PSS Sleman
PSS Sleman was confirmed to advance to the semi-finals of the 2021 Menpora Cup after defeating Bali United 4-2 on penalties after 90 minutes of the goalless draw at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung Regency, West Java, last Monday.
Elang Jawa's Super goals were scored by Irfan Jaya, Kim Kurniawan, Fabiano Beltrame, and Wahyu Sukarta, while Bali United only scored two goals from Stefano Lilipaly and Lerby Eliandry.
