Because Hundreds Of Houses In Kemayoran Burned, 25 Toddlers From 600 Families Were Forced To Evacuate In School Buildings
A total of 600 families (KK) consisting of 1800 victims affected by the fire in Kebon Blank Village, Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta, were forced to evacuate at the SDN 09 Kebon Blank school building on Tuesday night, December 10.
As is known, due to the flames that scorched 200 houses in Kemayoran, none of the valuables remained.
According to information compiled by VOI, as many as 125 toddlers affected by the fire were forced to evacuate. Furthermore, there were 256 elderly men and 269 elderly women affected by the fire who also took refuge in the school building.
"They were placed in the refugee camps of the school building. As of tonight, and the results of the temporary investigation by the Kemayoran Police, there were no casualties as a result of the fire," said Kemayoran Police Chief Kompol Agung when confirmed by VOI, Monday, December 10, evening.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Data and Information Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial BPBD Data and Information Center, Kristian Gottam Sihombing, said that his party had distributed aid to victims affected by the house fire in Kemayoran.

"BPBD provides 120 boxes of mineral water, 500 blankets, 500 packages of children's clothes, 650 packages of clothing, 500 mattresses, 500 packages of family kits and 1800 boxes of ready-to-eat food," Gottam told VOI.
Gottam said the evacuation locations for residents affected by the fire were at SDN 09 Kebon Blank, RW 05, Kemayoran District.
"The number of buildings that burned was 200 semi-permanent houses in 7 RTs in the RW 05 area. The total affected residents were 600 families," he concluded.
Previously, it was reported that the Kemayoran Police confirmed that there were no casualties due to the fire that hit hundreds of densely populated settlements in the Kebon Blank Village area, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, December 10.
"The results of the temporary data and the information are nil, there were no injuries or victims who died. Hopefully there won't be any," said Kemayoran Police Chief Kompol Agung to reporters.
