Teenager Kills Father In Lebak Bulus Will Be Examined By Psychiatrist Appointed By Police

JAKARTA - The handling of the case of a child suicide in Lebak Bulus, Cilandak, South Jakarta is still being handled by the South Jakarta Metro Police. Recently, AP (40), the mother of MAS (14), a suspect in the murder, underwent police examination after medical treatment at Fatmawati Hospital.

Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, explained that the examination of AP was carried out on Monday, December 9, after being allowed to return from Fatmawati Hospital. AP received 30 questions from investigators.

"Yesterday we asked for information from the child's mother who was in conflict with the law, then a clear question related to what happened yesterday. A total of 30 questions," Nurma told reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday, December 10.

Nurma also said the questions raised to AP were about who saw and knew about the incident.

"Was there someone who knew about the incident at that time? Then who and others that we clearly asked," he continued.

Regarding the motive for MAS to commit atrocities against her parents, Nurma still could not convey.

In this regard, the police will summon a psychiatrist to reveal the motive for the murder.

"We will call a psychologist from one of the hospitals in South Jakarta," he said.
