Launching At The End Of November, Hyundai Newly Achieved Three Digit Orders

JAKARTA - At the end of November, Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) inaugurated the launch of its latest generation while expanding the SUV market and hybrid lines in Indonesia.

Positioned in segment C or below from Santa Fe's all-new model that slid a month earlier, how has New fire received in the Indonesian market so far?

PT HMID's Chief Marketing Officer, Budi Nur Mukmin said that his party has pocketed the latest three-digit orders and has the potential for the numbers to continue to grow over time.

"The response is positive and we have pocketed three digits. We are currently trying to wait for its development and hope it will be more positive," Budi said when met by reporters in the all-new media drive Santa Fe in Bandung, some time ago.

Unfortunately, he could not say the certainty of the numbers, but his party guaranteed that it would fulfill all existing demand. In fact, some of them have handed over units to customers.

"For the numbers, it's not certain, we make sure we get the small three digits. We will try to fulfill all the demand, some have even handed over," added Budi.

Just like Santa Fe's all-new, the latest lease is now offered in two different choices of powertrains ranging from a 1.6 liter T-GDI machine combining Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) technology which offers a combined power of 235 ps and 367 Nm torque.

Meanwhile, the second option is the choice of a pure Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) supported by a G2.0 MPi engine which gives power reaching 156 ps and a 192 Nm torque.

HMID ensures that New fire is available across the Hyundai dealer network in the country at prices ranging from IDR 632 million for ICE and IDR 743 million for HEV.

The manufacturer provides a variety of attractive color options, ranging from Creamy White Pearl, Ultimate Red Metallic, Phantom Black Pearl, and Titan Gray Metallic. Meanwhile, Hyundai presents the Pune Green Matte color scheme at an additional cost of IDR 3.5 million.
